This is the 3rd location for Exquisite Touch, which was started in 2009 in Waukegan, IL, also currently operating in the St. Clair Square in Fairview Heights, IL. Exquisite Touch was created because of a vision to bring a positive business to the community that will give others the opportunity to work in a field that they can build relationships and grow to enhance in a craft that everyone can benefit from.
